- After losing weight I needed to tone up. I joined a gym for the first time and met Trish. She is extremely helpful and a great motivator. Trish is one of my favorite trainer/instructors. She gives you instructions on how to do the exercise movement whether you are a beginner, average or advanced. She does not push you to go too far, but will gently encourage you. She has taught me how to exercise using proper form. When an exercise is challenging for me she always says, "it's okay, there is no shame in my class. Do what you can do". Trish is a friendly, experienced professional who really cares about your well being. I am blessed that she has a part in me reaching my fitness goals.

- When my wife Karen and I joined the gym, we met with Trish.  To say we were immediately impressed with the resuls is an understatement.  She challenges us and makes the sessions interesting.  We have signed up for additonal sessions.  She is flexible to meet our scheduling needs and is always available for questions and advice if needed and she is always there to push us just a little bit harder when we need it.  Our energy level is higher, our clothes fit better, we don't feel the aches and pains that we used to have, we both lost some pounds and we sleep better.  Even my golf game has improved with longer drives and steadier putts!  Trish is very positive and encouraging and we are fortunate to have her as our Trainer.  Yes, we are very happy customers!  George and Karen B.
